| RENATO V. PUNO - CHAIRMAN |
| Atty. Puno has been a practicing lawyer specializing in litigation and corporate law for over 23 years since graduating from the Ateneo Law School. He started his legal practice with the Quasha Law Offices in 1984, and moved on to join his father, Justice Ricardo C. Puno, at the Puno and Puno Law Offices in 1985. Atty. Puno was the Deputy Managing Partner of the Puno offices for 10 years before forming his own law firm, Zulueta, Puno, and Associates (ZPA Law) in 1997. From its inception, he has served as the Managing Partner of ZPA Law and continues to oversee the firm's activities on a daily basis. |

| MICHAEL T. DEFENSOR - DIRECTOR |
| Mr. Defensor holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. He was the youngest elected Councilor of Quezon City at 22 before becoming the youngest elected Representative of the Tenth Congress at the age of 25. He served two terms in the legislature before joining the executive branch. He was Presidential Adviser on Housing and Chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council from 2001 to 2004, before becoming Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) in 2004. As DENR Secretary and Chairman of the Natural Resources Development Corporation and the National Mining Development Corporation from 2004 to 2006, he promoted mining investment and activity in the country. Mr. Defensor afterwards served as the Presidential Chief of Staff from 2006 to 2007. He is also a Director of Petron Corporation and is a consultant and adviser to the Board of Directors of First Metro Investment Corporation. He is also the Chairman of GEO Management which provides management and consulting services to the Company. |

| Mr. Angping, holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines, where he was also on the faculty of the MBA program. He has served on the boards of numerous listed firms, including Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company from 2004 to 2005, as well as the Philippine Stock Exchange. He is currently a director of Crown Equities, Inc.; vice-chairman of STI Education Inc.; and chairman of Peaksun Enterprises & Export Corporation. From 1989 to 2007, he served as the Chairman and President of Angping & Associates Securities, Inc. He also held the position of director/vice-Chairman in First Metro Investment Corporation from 2002 to 2008. |

| Atty. Herrera III is a Senior Partner of Herrera Teehankee & Cabrera Law Offices and graduated Salutatorian from the University of the Philippines School of Law. Formerly a partner of one of the largest law offices in the Philippines, he organized his own law office in early 1986. Specializing in corporate law, he serves as counsel for various companies engaged in banking, fund management, aviation, agroindustry, publishing and printing, real estate, polyester, telecommunications, media and public relations, insurance, oil exploration, gaming, shipping and financing. He also carries out legal work in such areas as corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, contract negotiations, intra-corporate disputes, anti-trust litigation, and foundations. He has been a Director of the Company since 1998 and has practiced law for the past 31 years. |

Mr. Tagle, 54 years old, holds a Bachelor in Arts in Marketing from the University of Santo Tomas. At present, Mr. Tagle is the Chairman and President of Milestone Paper Products, Inc. and Gardwell Security Agency, Inc., respectively.
